1. Purpose of Donations

Hacer USA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children, seniors, and underserved communities through education, health programs, and community assistance. All donations received are used exclusively to support our programs, services, and mission-driven activities.

2. Tax-Deductible Contributions

Hacer USA is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization.
All eligible donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Upon receiving a donation, donors will receive an official receipt containing the required IRS acknowledgment language.

3. Donation Receipts

For every donation received, Hacer USA will issue a receipt that includes:

  • Donor name

  • Date of donation

  • Amount contributed (for monetary donations)

  • Description of items (for in-kind donations)

  • Statement confirming whether any goods or services were provided

  • Organization name and EIN

Receipts are sent via email unless otherwise requested.

4. Use of Donations

Donations may be applied to:

  • Community support programs

  • Elderly assistance

  • Education and youth programs

  • Health and wellness initiatives

  • Emergency assistance

  • General operating expenses that support the mission

Unless the donor specifies a restriction, donations will be used where they are needed most.

5. Restricted Donations

If a donor designates a donation for a specific project, Hacer USA will ensure the funds are used for that purpose.
If a project becomes fully funded or no longer feasible, Hacer USA reserves the right to redirect the funds to the most urgent needs, while honoring the donor’s original intent as closely as possible.

6. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of transaction error or duplicate payments.

7. Privacy and Donor Information

Hacer USA respects the privacy of all donors.
We do not sell, share, or trade personal donor information with any third parties, nor send mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Donor information is used solely for:

  • Providing updates and acknowledgments

8. Security of Online Donations

Our website and payment systems use secure, encrypted technology to process donations safely.
We partner with trusted payment processors (such as Helcim) that comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

9. Donor Recognition

Hacer USA may publicly recognize donors unless the donor requests anonymity.
Anonymous donors will be listed as “Anonymous” in any publications or acknowledgments.

10. In-Kind Donations

Non-monetary donations may include goods such as food, supplies, mattresses, clothing, or equipment.
Hacer USA will provide a receipt describing the items, but the donor is responsible for determining their fair market value for tax purposes.
