Hacer USA began as a heartfelt initiative by people who witnessed poverty and lack of opportunity in rural areas of El Salvador and Bolivia.

What started as a small act of service, delivering meals and supplies, has grown into a structured organization with a mission to bring sustainable help where it’s needed most.
